Becky Snow, MFA, Clinical Intern (She/Her)
Becky believes that our life experience with systemic forces can affect our well-being and that we heal in relationship with others.
Through years of experience as a college English professor, she saw how mental health impacted her students and was led to Relational-Cultural Theory as a foundational framework for counseling. Since then, she has worked in community mental health as a service provider, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and talk therapy using various modalities including emotion-focused therapy, somatic experiencing, parts work, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Along with cultivating a calming, safe presence for both teens and adults with autism and trauma, she has so enjoyed the rapport she has been able to develop with students, residents, and clients alike. She has been honored to be a part of their journey toward thriving.
Becky works with all people aged 13+, especially members of the LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and/or disabled communities.
Becky has a fee of $95 per therapeutic hour, as well as sliding scale spots for low income clients. She is also in-network with Premera, Life Wise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans.
