Chuy Knack, BA, Clinical Intern (She/Her)

Chuy’s approach to therapy is grounded in a relationally focused psychodynamic framework. She views therapy as a collaborative process where clients’ strengths, values, and lived experiences are honored as essential parts of the healing journey.

Through the integration of parts work and somatic approaches, Chuy invites clients to explore the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion while deepening their relationship with their bodies. She believes healing happens through connection—with our stories, relationships, and the land underneath our feet.

Chuy’s work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, attending to each client’s unique experiences, identities, and contexts. She is committed to her own ongoing healing and growth as she walks alongside clients in exploring the richness and complexity of their stories.

Outside of the therapeutic space, Chuy enjoys trail running with her partner, laughing over a shared meal with friends, and exploring new places in her camper van.

Chuy has a fee of $95 per therapeutic hour, as well as sliding scale spots for low income clients. She is also in-network with Premera, Life Wise, Anthem, First Choice, Kaiser and most Blue Cross Blue Shield. Click here to email her.
