Jenn Burnette, BA, Clinical Intern (She/Her)

Jenn is an intern getting her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Seattle University. She offers a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy with a focus on social justice. She sees the most impactful healing happening in relationships. She integrates attachment theory, feminist theory, and relational-cultural theory, recognizing that the systems and environments in which we develop can deeply impact us and our relationships.

Her goal is to help clients with self-awareness and personal growth; identifying what is theirs to carry and what no longer serves them. Jenn offers a space of safety and acceptance no matter where you are on your healing journey. She is especially passionate about supporting womxn, LGBTQIA+ folks, and young adults through self-exploration, self-compassion, and empowerment. She works with individual adults and couples with a variety of mental health concerns, including attachment injuries, anxiety and depression, relationships and intimacy concerns, family dynamics, and religious trauma. Each client and each story is unique, and Jenn’s work supports the individual needs of each person.

Jenn has a fee of $95 per therapeutic hour, as well as sliding scale spots for low income clients. She is also in-network with Premera, Life Wise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. Click here to email her.
