Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Julia creates a welcoming, affirming space where you can explore your life, relationships, and goals through a therapeutic lens. She believes that therapy can be transformative at any stage of life, and that developing coping and emotional regulation skills—alongside a deeper understanding of yourself—can help you move through challenges with resilience and clarity. Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, connection, or simply a space to be seen and heard, Julia honors the significance of starting this journey together.

Julia integrates Parts Work into her practice, supporting clients in gently exploring the different aspects of themselves with compassion and curiosity. She also emphasizes the deeply relational nature of our lives—recognizing how our well-being is shaped by the people, systems, and stories that surround us. Through this lens, she helps clients make sense of their experiences and build more meaningful, connected relationships.

Practicing from a Strengths-Based, Client-Centered approach, Julia is committed to working with individuals from all backgrounds. She is especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, men, youth under 18, people navigating grief and loss, and womxn. She meets each client with warmth and respect, honoring the uniqueness of their story.

Julia offers Art Therapy and Play Therapy, particularly with younger clients, as additional modes for self-expression and healing. She provides both in-person and Telehealth sessions, offering flexible, inclusive care for those seeking to strengthen their relationships—with themselves and with others.

Julia has a fee of $150 per therapeutic hour. She is also in-network with Premera, Life Wise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. Click here to email her.
