Sheree works to establish a place and a relationship between herself and her clients to explore their most personal challenges openly and truthfully. Through therapy, her hope is to work together to achieve new and healthy thought patterns, stronger relationships, self confidence, and a sense of wellbeing. Sheree incorporates a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic work, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Sheree loves empowering other therapists to feel secure and knowledgeable in their work. Her hope is that those she works with feel supported and grounded in their work. On top of offering her insight through her psychodynamic lens, Sheree specializes her supervision in ethics and burnout. Sheree does not only what she can to assist therapists in finding what type of work feels right for them, but also in knowing the ins and outs of their businesses as well.

For Therapy

Out of Pocket: Sheree has a fee of $180 per 50-minute therapeutic hour. 80-minute sessions may be provided upon request at a rate of $250. This can be a great option for those considering multiple session per week. Sheree has limited sliding scale spots and encourages you to check with her if her fee is not realistically affordable for you.

In-Network Insurance: Sheree is in-network with Premera, LifeWise, Anthem, and Corporate Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.

Out-of-Network Insurance: If you have an insurance plan that is not listed above, you most likely have out-of-network benefits through your own insurance provider. If so, we can offer you reimbursement receipts, called Superbills, that you will submit online through your portal with your insurance provider. Reimbursement rates vary, but we typically see 40%-100% reimbursement, often once a deductible is met. Please inquire directly with your insurance provider for info specific to your plan.

In-Network Exclusions: While we accept BCBS Corporate plans, we out-of-network with Regence BCBS and BCBS Federal plans. Federal plans include but are not exclusive to: 1) Boeing employees with an ID prefix of BHP, public hospitals employees in the greater Seattle area with an ID prefix of PBQ, and military based plans with an ID prefix of "R".

For Supervision:

Sheree's supervision rate is $150 per 50 minute therapeutic hour. She welcomes supervisees splitting the hour at $100/each.
